Project Overview

This project was completed as a key component of my senior capstone at Pacific University. It marked the culmination of my academic experience and provided an opportunity to apply design theory to a real-world client project. The capstone was designed to showcase the skills and competencies developed throughout my studies while offering hands-on experience in a professional, client-focused setting.
Collaboration with the Client
During this project, I had the privilege of collaborating closely with the client, who was seeking to revamp their existing branding to better reflect their evolving identity and market position. This collaboration was essential, as it allowed me to gain insights into the client's vision, values, and target audience.
I engaged in a series of meetings and discussions to understand their current branding challenges and aspirations. Through this process, we established clear objectives to guide the branding overhaul, ensuring that the final deliverables would resonate with both the client and their customer base.
Deliverables and Design Process
Project deliverables included a full logo suite, comprehensive brand guidelines, and a series of branded mockups. The logo was developed through multiple iterations, exploring color palettes, typography, and visual elements that reflected the brand’s mission and personality. Client feedback played a crucial role in refining the final direction.
The brand guidelines outlined proper logo usage, typography, color specifications, and overall visual style to ensure consistency across platforms. To demonstrate real-world application, mockups were created for materials such as business cards, letterheads, and promotional assets, allowing the client to visualize the brand in practice.

Strategies for Integration and Social Media Enhancement
To further support the client in integrating their new branding into their business operations, I provided strategic recommendations tailored to their specific needs. These strategies included practical steps for implementing the new branding across all customer touchpoints, ensuring that every interaction with the brand was aligned with the new identity.
Moreover, I focused on enhancing the client’s social media presence, recognizing the importance of digital platforms in today’s marketing landscape. I proposed strategies for content creation that would leverage the new branding, suggesting a consistent visual style and messaging approach that would engage their audience effectively. This included ideas for social media campaigns, post designs, and even guidelines for tone and voice to be used in online communications.
Conclusion
In summary, this project not only allowed me to apply my academic learning in a practical setting but also enabled me to contribute meaningfully to a client's branding journey.
